They just saved us money.' And as we walked away the security guy responded 'well, y'all just saved us some trouble.' My dad was like 'what trouble? We came in with proper IDs and money to spend and you are just giving us a hard time.' I am sure it must have been a racial issue or the security guys had some kind of power trip because there was absolutely no explanation for their behavior. The security officer replied with the most bizarre response that he had children and they (or their friends?) were 'colored.' To which my parents questioned use of this antiquated term. Finally, my mother asked if it was because my friend was black. We were told the problem was that we left and came back, to which my mother replied 'because we went to the hotel to get our IDs.' They just kept looking at our IDs for a full two plus minutes. My mother questioned what the problem was. The security officer just kept staring at them. When we came back, we were immediately approached by security.
We went back to the hotel and retrieved our IDs. We didn't have our IDs and were asked to leave. We came into town to eat and went in the casino. I am 18 and visited here with a friend and my parents.
